CARE also helped establish the Solidarity Association of Beer Promotions in Cambodia, which brings together beer promoters for training and behaviour change, including ending gender-based violence. The Promoting Safety of Women Workers in the Beer Industry (PSWWBI) project brings together ministerial authorities, civil society, the beer industry and female beer producers to create a safer and more respectful working environment for beer producers in Cambodia, free from all forms of gender-based violence. Evaluation of the model suggests that it could be extended to other sectors where women are at risk of sexual harassment, including garment factories, tourism and hospitality, or other sectors of the entertainment industry. The results of the 2006 evaluation show that the scope and structure of the obligations contained in the collective agreements have been maintained compared to 2005 and that the quality of the various points of the agreements has not been reduced. . . .
